Career Journey: Over two decades of pioneering work in training, facilitation, coaching, and counselling, with a profound emphasis on trauma recovery, women's empowerment, mental health, and bridging the gap between Indigenous health practices and modern therapeutic methodologies.
Higher Education: A journey through academia, achieving a Master's in Indigenous Health and a Ph.D. focused on Trauma and Recovery.
Professional Impact: Dr. Demmery is celebrated for her innovative and integrative approaches in educational and therapeutic settings, revolutionizing how cultural sensitivity is embedded in mental health practices.

Peter Herak

COO

Government Tenure: Peter brings over two decades of experience in various government roles, honing his expertise in data centre management, governance, strategic development, and change management.
Grant Assessment: In addition to his technical and strategic roles, Peter has shown exceptional proficiency in grant management and administration.
